The specific purpose of this Palestinian NGOs virtual resource center is to provide a comprehensive online information and communication system serving all the non-governmental organizations operating in Palestine to achieve their missions and objectives. This interactive portal should serve NGOs for developing networking, online dialogue, documentation, dissemination and sharing of information among NGOs themselves and with the local and international communities. Integral components of this portal is a digital library containing full texts published by the NGOs, and e-learning module allowing NGOs to download and remotely access training and learning packages. It may serve as an overview of different NGOs working in the various sectors and shall be a starting point for more in-depth relationships with NGOs in order to enhance opportunities for cooperation.
